I would like to personally thank you and all those involved at Antal who insured I had a PC-20 pet casket in my possession within only a few hours of my inquiry to purchase. Upon calling Lakeview Clinic I was notified that you had already contacted them and should expect my confirmation. I know we had discussed on at least two prior occasions a list of possible vendors for purchase, it was my somewhat denial of the inevitable that now caused this time sensitive issue. The magnitude of my appreciation is a result of the following unexpected time line circumstances.

10:00 am - Spoke with you at Antal
12:20 pm - Confirmed request to purchase with Lakeview Clinic
12:50 pm - Lakeview Clinic provides pickup time as after 3:00 pm
1:03 pm - Client in Connellsville requires my presents (must respond contract) to early     to go to Latrobe then Connellsville
4:33 pm - Still at client's Connellsville site
    - call from home, our lil Snickers has gone
5:30 pm - arrived at Lakeview Clinic

To sum it up, what I am trying to convey is that because what you spearheaded and fulfilled as a responsibility, I in turn was able to respectfully complete my obligations...and for this, I greatly thank you all.
